How to use and maintain small loaders in winter?

　　1. It is relatively difficult to use small loaders in winter. It is recommended that each start should not exceed 8 seconds. If it cannot be started, the start switch should be released, and the second start should be made after one minute of stopping. After the engine is started, it idles for a period of time (it should not be too long. If it is too long, carbon deposits will form on the inner wall of the cylinder and cylinder pulling phenomenon will occur). One is to charge the battery, the other is to make the water temperature reach 55 ℃ and the air pressure express to 0.4MPa, and then start driving again;

　　2. Generally, when the air temperature is below 5 ℃, the engine shall be preheated by adding hot water or steam before starting, and the engine shall be started when the temperature is above 30-40 ℃;

　　3. Only when the water temperature of the diesel engine is higher than 55 ℃ and the oil temperature is higher than 45 ℃, can full load operation be carried out; during operation, the water temperature and oil temperature of the engine shall not exceed 95 ℃, and the oil temperature of the torque converter shall not exceed 110 ℃;

　　4. When the air temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the cooling water in the water chamber of water tank, engine, oil cooler and oil cooler of torque converter shall be discharged after each day's work to avoid frost crack; there is water vapor in the air reservoir, which shall be discharged frequently to prevent freezing, resulting in brake failure. If antifreeze has been added, it can not be discharged.

　　5. If the vehicle in storage has been out of use for more than half a month, the engine must be started every 15 days and operated for a period of time to charge the battery. If the time is too long, please remove the battery and use the charger to charge. At the same time, move it properly and change the pressure part of the tire to prevent deformation of the tire. If the vehicle needs to be parked for more than two months, the negative pole of the battery must be disconnected or removed;

　　6. The usage of fuel oil, lubricating oil coolant and auxiliary materials for small loader is as follows:

　　(1) the diesel oil of small loaders is - 10 × light diesel oil, and the fuel oil in cold areas is - 35 × light diesel oil;

　　(2) the engine oil of small loader is CD grade

　　7. When the air temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the antifreeze concentration shall be checked regularly, and untreated water shall not be used as the engine coolant.
