  I. precautions in use

  1. The new machine shall go through the running in stage before use, and shall not be put into use directly. In the process of "running in", special attention shall be paid to lubrication and maintenance, as well as instrument inspection, and troubleshooting shall be carried out in time in case of any fault.

  2. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the cooling water shall be heated to 80 ℃ and then added to the water tank, until the water drain interceptor flows out and is closed, and then continue to be filled.

  3. After starting the diesel engine, it must be preheated without load. If the oil temperature does not reach the working range, do not start driving.

  4. In the starting process:

  Do not directly pull from neutral to the second or third gear position, in order to avoid the bulldozer starting speed is too high, causing the transmission components to bear too large impact load.

  Do not pull the throttle lever to the maximum throttle position before shifting into gear.

  The moving position of each control lever plate must be accurate, thorough and do not stop, so as to avoid slipping the clutch friction plate and causing serious burns and wear.

  5. In the process of speed change and advance / retreat:

  When operating the speed control lever, first press the accelerator pedal, and then pull ter slowly turns to the opposite side under the influence of its own weight. This is contrary to the flat steering effect, please pay attention to it.

  7. Driving on uneven road surface or water bearing ground:

  Drive at low speed as much as possible to avoid emergency and frequent rotation.

  When driving on the rock road, the track tension should be slightly tightened to reduce the wear of track shoes.

  Blade and loose tooth should not be raised too high, generally 400mm from the ground.

  When crossing large obstacles, slow down.

  It is not allowed to pull the steering and braking control levers to use the method of "separating" the steering clutch on one side as the crossing measure.

  When the bulldozer is running on the watery ground, the fan of the diesel engine shall not be placed on the water surface to splash.

  8. In case of shutdown and diesel engine flameout:

  In order to ensure safety and avoid accidents, the blade shall be landed before the diesel engine stops and stalls.

  9. During shoveling and scarifying operation:

  In the shoveling or scarifying operation, if it is unable to move forward in case of large resistance, the shoveling or scarifying operation shall be stopped immediately. It is not allowed to force the operation, and measures such as adjusting the cut in amount of the working device or the back of the bulldozer shall be taken. In the process of bulldozer digging or loosening, the steering and braking control levers shall be avoided as far as possible. When the bulldozer's forward direction needs to be adjusted, the bulldozer's load shall be reduced to a certain extent, and then the steering and braking control levers shall be pulled.

  When stones and other hard objects are sandwiched between the track and the traveling part and other parts, the vehicle shall be driven at a low speed and in the opposite direction, and the hard objects shall be removed before operation.

  Do not allow the engine to idle for too long, especially when using Cummins engine, so as to prevent the combustion chamber temperature from being too low, the fuel can not be completely burned, resulting in carbon deposition, plugging the injection hole, sticking the valve and other faults.

  II. Precautions and inspection items during operation of diesel engine

  The water temperature in the range of 75 ℃ - 85 ℃ is the suitable working temperature for the load, and the highest temperature can reach 90 ℃.

  The engine oil pressure is between 0, 3-0 and 4MPa.

  The pointer of the ammeter should point to the charging position (i.e. the pointer points to "+") and gradually turns to "0" over time.

  Check the lubricating oil and cooling water for leakage, and solve the problems in time.

  Check whether the exhaust is normal.

  Check whether there is any abnormal sound in each part, such as irregular explosion, cylinder knocking, etc.
